Actually, my cousin and his wife did that once. They were in a program and every summer, the hosted a European student. The students were in an English immersion program. One year they used a picture they'd take with their own kids for their Christmas card and the summer student was in the picture. He bore a resemblance to my cousin and family members did wonder if may they were trying to tell us something....LOL
