      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;I have returned my fair share of items over the years to QVC, but only because I did not like the fit, or, in the rare case of Philosphy, a scent that I could not tolerate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;I've never returned a product that I had used and basically destroyed in the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;Recently, I ordered my favorite IT Celebration Foundation.&amp;nbsp; Now this foundation is not cheap, but I'm old and I like it and I wear very little make up so it lasts me a long time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;I received my order today.&amp;nbsp; The make up looks dried up in the compact, and it looks like a child has been playing in it.&amp;nbsp; There was no brush in the tube that was supposed to have the brush.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;My question is this.&amp;nbsp; I have to return this because I can't afford to just throw away $45, but will QVC think that I did this to the product and just kept the brush?&amp;nbsp; I can't help but think of the women who will return Dooney and Bourke purses without the straps. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;I don't want QVC to think that I am trying to cheat them. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;UPDATE FOR EVERYONE&lt;/STRONG&gt;;&amp;nbsp; I RECEIVED MY NEW MAKE UP AND BRUSH TODAY.&amp;nbsp; ALICE-QVC CAME THROUGH FOR ME.&amp;nbsp; RESTORES MY FAITH IN QVC.&lt;img id="heart" class="emoticon emoticon-heart" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_heart.png" alt="Heart" title="Heart" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They don't think and ponder over your returns.&amp;nbsp; They're going so fast processing them, they don't have time to think.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You obviously got a return that should have been destroyed.&amp;nbsp; Send it back.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I wouldn't bother to call.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Assumed it was what I ordered &amp;amp; no problems.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Well, the toothpaste was missing. When I called customer service, they said "too bad, it's past 30 days". I asked if I could buy the toothpaste separate. Sure, it will cost you $45.00!!!! The whole kit,which includes: toothpaste accelator, brushes, mouthwash was $45.00. FORGET QVC!!! Bottom line, always check inside your order and report problems immediately.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do not feel bad about returning it, because that is the reason for the 30 day return window. I believe QVC will pay shipping, because you can return it as defective for not being able to use it,&amp;nbsp; but don't quote me on that one. A call to the friendly customer service department should be able to better assist you. Hope things work out favorably for you. Again, RETURN it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;If it were me, I would call CS and let them know what you found; also to make sure you don't get charged the return fee.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;After completing the return slip, I'd make a copy of it for yourself and make a note on your copy of the date you called and the person's&amp;nbsp; name in CS that you spoke with.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;But that's just me.&amp;nbsp; After being a secretary for many years, there was a saying called CYA.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't hurt to take notes and keep copies until it is resolved.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Good luck.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
