Have You Ever Met Your Birthday Twin?

Have you come across your birthday twin?

I'm not talking about a real twin, but a random stranger who shares your exact birth date, down to the day?

I have not met my birth twin yet, but I have come across people born on the same month and day as me, just not in the same year as me.

So, have you met someone who was born on the same exact day/month and year that you were?

Yes . When I was growing up there were 3 of us on my street ,that shared the same birthday. One was a married man across the street ,and he always gave me a quarter, for a little gift

The other was a girlfriend of my sisters, who happen to be identical twins

I grew up with a girl who was born within 20 minutes of me. It was cute and fun when we were little, but by high school we'd gone different directions and had completely different interests and it ceased to be interesting.

Oh yes..there are too many of us to be twins. I was born on my Aunt's 40th Birthday and I went to high school with a girl and two guys who shared the day with me.

One of the boys was born on the same day and in the same hospital as I. He signed my year book saying he was the first guy that slept with me. (in the nursery)

I went to Catholic HS and he told a nun that too. I was so embarrassed and had to explain. He was a prankster for sure.

I met mine in first grade. He was so cute. He grew up to be handsome, played football in the ivy league and is CEO of one of the largest law firms in one of the largest cities in the country. Still handsome. Beautiful wife and family. I saw their picture in Parade magazine a few years ago.

No but I do share a birthday with Shawn Killenger..LOL I think Nov 2nd I'm older.. But I am as a old Lisa Robertson who's B-Day is only a few days after and a year younger than David V who also shares a Nov birthday. And I'm a year and 9 days older than my sister so we all Scorpios. But never met my twin...

Yes and it turned out to be a girl I knew from high school. We knew each other in high school, but weren't best friends. We graduated in 1970, went our separate ways and didn't keep in touch. In 2013 I joined my high school's alumni page on Facebook and she also joined at the same time. We started communicating and discovered we were born on the same month, day and year. Every year since 2013, we meet for lunch to celebrate our mutual birthday. We have now became such good friends and just regret that 43 years passed by before we reconnected.

Yes. There was a man who worked at the pharmacy who was born on the exact same day and year as me. We both chuckled about that.

In high school, a girl that lived nearby would give me and another friend a ride to school in her new car. One day, during a ride, I remarked about how much I liked the floor mats she had in the car. She thanked me and said she got them for her birthday. I asked when her birthday was and she told me. I said that that was my birthday, too. From the back of the car, our other friend said it was also her birthday. We were all born on the same day in the same care. We were birthday triplets.

Actually I share the same b-day with a lot of people. Not the same year..........but the same day, since it's approximately 9 months after New Year's Eve...........

Not only did I never meet anyone with my birthdate, I never met anyone who was born in May. To me that is unbelievable. I know there are a few here on the boards who were born May 2nd and mine is May 4th.

Yes! As it happens that in 1980 a couple and their children moved in next door to us. The husband has the same month date and year as myself. He is originally from New York. I do not remember who was born first though. I will just figure he is. We are now 73 years young and still live next door to each other.

In high school when I was a freshman I found out that second cousin I never met was in some of my classes and she had the same first and middle name as me as well as the exact same birthdate. It also turned out we were both born within minutes of each other in fifferent hospitals.

Yes, years ago at a week-end retreat. It was a way of introductions as the group went around to see who had your birthday.

It's often called the birthday paradox, where you have odds in your favor to meet a person with the same birthday in a group of a certain number of people.

The other woman and I had the same day and time of birth but not the same year-off by 1 year.

@Anonymous032819 Yes!! Actually we were classmates in 1st grade in Catholic school and had the same b'day. We went all through grammar and high school together and were casual friends all those years.
