Chocolate covered bacon !!! Yuck!

Watching Gourmet Holiday and they will be selling chocolate covered bacon. I am a chocoholic in every way but bacon ?? No way! Has anyone ever tried it??

@Goodie2shoes i can see you have not tried it. it's actually very, very good. (must love bacon)

it is popular at christmas bake sales, and a good "man gift" if giving edible treats.

I like Turkey bacon, haven't had regular bacon in years but it does not appeal to me. Wow, popular at bakesales there ? Really! I learn something new everyday! Enjoy, I will pass

We tried it at Peterbrooke Chocolatier once when we were in Jacksonville, Fl. We did not like it all. I'm all for sweet & salty but not bacon & chocolate. I rather eat a Take 5 candy bar.

BACON any way you want to serve it.....YUM!

I have had it and it was ok, but I really like Trader Joe's chocolate covered potato chips! Good thing the nearest Trader Joe's is two hours away.

I've seen candied bacon on a couple of cooking shows and it looked like it would be good if you eat bacon. But, I don't so that's that.

I like bacon, I love chocolate. I like sweet&salty foods. I think I'd like it. I'd rather find a recipe and do it myself than buy it from a shopping channel.

I have eaten it and it is delicious. It's not new, it's been around for years. I have been dipping bacon in chocolate for years.

i prefer to eat homemade, so that I can use uncured nitrate free bacon.

It's not meant to heap on your plate with your eggs and your toast. It's a just a snack. It's no different than a couple of chocolates or cookies for the holidays.

Most people are sick to death of being lectured about food. I don't care what other people eat, or how they live

For most people, taking care of their own business ,is a full time job ,and they don't stick their nose in other peoples lives

What ever happened to respecting other's dietary habits? I don't eat turtles for instance but others do, if there was a recipe posted here, I wouldn't open it to give my negative opinion.
