I was looking at the list for "new items". Is it me, or does Valerie always have a lot of "new itrms". I like her things ..... I just had to quit ordering anything with glass because the last three (3) orders were broken and I wound up cutting myself. She doesn't use the best styrofoam or the best boxing. Sad, cause some of her things I would be interested in but don't wavnt to take the chance.

Over the years I have purchased many glass items from Valerie and none of them have ever arrived broken. I am sorry you had some bad experiences. I don't think she or any of the vendors have any imput as to how the product is shipped. Hopefully, if enough customers complain/return broken items, management will use improved stronger packing materials.

I don't think Valerie or management packs any things coming from China or where ever. If you get clothing most of it is in QVC bags. but in plastic bags packed by the manufactor.
