I have 2 kittens, about 6 months old, that has mmatted fur around their face. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe from stuff coming out of their nose. It also is causing their eyes to close up. A washcloth with warm water hasn't seemed to help. Anyone have a suggestion on what I can use to get them cleaned up?
