Online Ordering is not working

Anyone have any information when we can order on-line? It asks for an option or color on every item I have tried to order. I have tried to put all kinds of different products in my cart and get the same red exclamation point error.

After reading this post, I was able to put several items in my cart with no problem.

Maybe it's a problem with your device?

Had a problem yesterday. It asked for a color, but would not accept any choice. I left and came back later and it worked. Do I know what you mean.

My orders did not go through for up to ten minutes yesterday after placing them. None of my orders can be tracked both yesterday and today. Definitely something is off...

Thanks for answering. I can put anything in my cart that doesn't require a color or size, otherwise nope.

I put 4 items in my cart after choosing a color on each one and it works for me.

Maybe you should clear your cookies and restart your device,

@Halemme As others have said restart your computer and open a new window. Try using a different browser. I had some trouble earlier but it resolved itself finally and I was able to purchase the last item I wanted at that point and get to checkout.

Some things are really selling out today because volume of users must be up because of the free shipping and handling event.

The color thing is often "balky" for me. Sometimes I leave that screen, re-enter the item number and start the selection all over again and it works.
