If an order I received is not within the measurments I expected do I still have to pay for the return fee? For example a pair of pants I ordered were much longer than stated on the stats.

I'm not a Mod (although I do play one on tv *lol*) but I think that "too long" does not qualify as being defective.

I think that you'll get a one-time exception on paying the return shipping......this time, as a courtesy, but I think in the future you'll have to pay for the return shipping.

Good luck - I have 3 pairs of D&Co. porkchop pocket new pants and my feet are covered with material & I'd return in a heartbeat without paying return. Q sizing is now a 'range' of measurements - I'm a TEN and NOT a TEN to TWELVE (10 - 12). Twelve is too big in the hips and too long. I tried on a pair of LandsEnd from 20 yrs ago - a size 10 and it still fits perfectly. Hips and length - so I'm going back to L-End for pants.

If you received an item that didn't match the online measurements, you do not have to pay return shipping.

They may have changed...

The pants were supposed to be 32" but are 34. Big difference and I am tall...

I would send an email concerning your returm to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, for clarification as to whether this is considered a 'defect'.
