topic Orthodics? in Community Chat https://community.qvc.com/t5/Community-Chat/Orthodics/m-p/340794#M143306 <P>I just purchased a pair of flexible orthodics to wear in my "closed" shoes since I'm now convinced that my flat feet are the cause of my foot, knee and hip pain; however I need some advice on how long to wear them and breaking them in, etc. I also purchased a pair of orthoheel sandals. Should I wear them for just a short time starting out until I'm used to them? Also, since I'm home most of the day and not one to usually wear shoes in the house; should I put a pair of orthodics in my slippers or buy a pair that have them in it?
