    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I just&amp;nbsp;had to call CS yesterday&amp;nbsp;for info on two returns.&amp;nbsp; I agree with you all.&amp;nbsp; Returns at such a huge retailer&amp;nbsp;should not be this difficult.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;New processes and procedures need to be instituted.&amp;nbsp; The buyers should not have to investigate the conclusion of returns at QVC.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've returend at least 3-4 items and that was last month about 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see my account credited.&amp;nbsp; I've called customer service numerous times and they said the warehouse is behind with checking in the returns.&amp;nbsp; What's going on with QVC?&amp;nbsp; It's not like they are Amazon.&amp;nbsp; It's almost like the quality of the company has gone down hill since they purchased HSN.&amp;nbsp; Something is not right.&amp;nbsp; It's like they can't keep up with all the channels they are on.&amp;nbsp; I want my money back!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the advice, but I have called many times.&amp;nbsp; I've talked to people in charge and all they can tell me is the warehouse is behind in checking in the returns.&amp;nbsp; They must not be able to get the help they need.&amp;nbsp; I've never had this problem before until last month.&amp;nbsp; Plus, I've learned my lesson as far as returning something for a different size.&amp;nbsp; It's been over a month and I still haven't heard a thing about my return.&amp;nbsp; All CS can tell me is they are back logged on the returns&amp;nbsp;which means they still haven't gotten to my&amp;nbsp;return order for a different&amp;nbsp;size.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'll never return an item again for a different size.&amp;nbsp; The hosts make it sound like all you have to do is send the wrong size back and BEHOLD!&amp;nbsp; You'll be sent the size you requested with no problem and with no charge. &amp;nbsp; I did read one review that took this person over two months to get a different size.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if this is the "norm" or what, but I'm just about done with QVC.....at least I won't be shopping with them like I used to.&amp;nbsp; There's too many other good stores out there with great sale prices.&amp;nbsp; Everyone is in competition so I know I can purchase things elsewhere at a decent price.....just no easy pays which I don't use anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have always been very careful about what I order because I hate the hassle of returns but I am extremely careful now. It definitely takes about three weeks or longer to receive a credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Several weeks ago I did something that I have never done before, It was an IT Cosmetics TSV and I ordered in two different shades. I was not sure which shade would work for me. The hosts kept stressing about if you do not purchase the right shade how you could exchange it for the right shade, but I knew that it would be a month long process or longer, and I did not want to be bothered. Hence I tried both shades and returned the one that did not work for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;This works for me,Email them about the return, tell them you've been tracking it and it arrived at it's destination on such a date and you want your account credited. Now, there is a record and you will get your refund PDQ.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My last return took a little over three weeks from the time I dropped it off at the post office to the time the return was processed by QVC. The worst part of the return process for me was the excessive amount of time my returned package just sat at the local post office, it stayed there for&amp;nbsp;exactly two weeks to the day before it started its journey back to QVC. I can overlook the traveling and processing time, but waiting two weeks for it to even leave the local post office is just ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is what I've been waiting on also, is an exchange.&amp;nbsp; It's been delivered back to the warehouse as of 10 days ago, but no one seems to know a dog gone thing.&amp;nbsp; If and when I shop with QVC, I'll never do an exchange again.&amp;nbsp; That's for sure.&amp;nbsp; I'll just send the item back, get a refund and&amp;nbsp;if it's something I feel I can't live without, I'll order it again .....but never will I do an exchange.&amp;nbsp; QVC never used to be like this.....not this bad, at least as far as getting your money credited back&amp;nbsp; to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do the following, call customer service (once you reach a CS you DO NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR!) The CS can process your return immediately.&amp;nbsp; QVC's excuse for their "delay" is going on 9 months now. UNACCEPTABLE.&amp;nbsp; While your return sits in the return department, QVC, YOU are losing money because interest is being added to your credit card, while QVC has your return money. BAD BAD business practice and should have been rectified immediately, but it hasn't.&amp;nbsp; Has soon as I deliver a return to the post office with qvc return label, the post office scans it and gives me a receipt, the next day or second day after I mailed it back I call customer service and they can process your return immediately. Ridiculous to wait.&amp;nbsp; If CS says thay haven't received it yet, don't believe then they can tell from their computer, if using their return label, that you dropped it off at the post office and give you a credit immeidately. EVERYONE SHOULD BE DOING THIS.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I usually pay my own postage as I use a priority box from the post office.&amp;nbsp; It still takes at least a month to show a return.&amp;nbsp; This has been going on forever.&amp;nbsp; I am a Q shopper from day one but their return process is horrendous.&amp;nbsp; When I return anything to HSN I see it credited on my order status within a week!&amp;nbsp; No excuse for a multi million dollar company to operate so poorly.&amp;nbsp; It seems they could care less as this problem has never been resolved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
