Saw something being sold at QVC UK and not QVC US. HSN does sell the line, but not the item/size I'm after. I doubt it very much, but is it possible to purchase something from QVC/UK.

You probably have done this, but have you done a search for it to see if it's sold somewhere else? I always check Amazon. They have so many things.
