I try to download a photo...and it says ‘no photo or video’.

Hummm.... anyone else?

This is in addition to not getting into the main QVC site.

Considering all the other issues I've had today, pictures seems pretty advanced.

The site wouldn't load, wouldn't let me post, and kept pulling up my Drafted replies in the wrong thread.

It's been a mess all afternoon.

I'm pretty sure the QVC forums are held together by duct tape, paper clips. hopes, and prayers.

not having a photo issue in general, but it does take about 2 minutes or so to load into the body of the text box..... windows laptop using firefox browser.

It took me 4 tries, just to heart this post!

I kept getting 'Your request cannot be processed' and had to open a new window to get back to the forums.

What a nightmare this site has become!

Incidentally, when I posted the above just as with this post, I had to go back into the forums to see if it posted. The screen never changed and I never got the usual 'success' nonsense... This is happening a lot, along with the many other glitches...

And yep, it takes forever to post a picture from one's files to these forums It's been that way for months...

The site will work for a bit and then I get some odd message like the processing one....and nothing moves.

My last couple of posts did the same thing, the 'post' button goes white, but no acknowledgement or page change, I had to go back to the thread to see if it posted.

I reported several things in @KingstonsMom's Customer Care thread, but wanted to add here that I found a temporary workaround for uploading images. Worth a try, since I got it to work.

Use the normal steps, choosing the "Insert/edit image" icon, choosing the pic from your device with "Choose file," and then click/tap "INSERT IMAGE."

Allow a minute or so to pass, keeping the display open. Then, if the image hasn't been added to your post, click/tap the "X" in the upper right corner of the image insert dialogue pop-up box to close it out.

Next, try the "Insert/edit image" icon again, but this time choose "From my uploaded images."

I think you'll find the system actually is adding our images to our profile albums, and we can retrieve them from there.

Mine has been doing that on/off for quite a while.

I click to post while the page looks like it's not doing anything.

I click on view all forums above & still nothing.

If I click on Blogs & Forums at the bottom of the page then View All Forums it opens that page.

I do have to check to see if my post was posted.

Today when I clicked on one post it opened something else. LOL!!!
