I ordered a pair of Topshop flat sandals from Nordstrom, they are still in transit. I happened upon the Topshop website and saw they were on sale for $10 less. So I did a live chat with Nordstrom CS and within a few minutes they did a price adjustment. How awesome is that? Just wanted to share in case you see a sale or cheaper price on something you ordered, they make it easy on you to get the money back.

Nordstrom does this all the time if the price match is in accordance with their rules & they most of the time are.

I couldn’t get a 30% to work correctly on Kate Spade dot com. They told me to order the item and they would adjust later. Forget that. I called Nordstrom and bought the same item and Nordstrom gave me 30% off.
