has been down abt 30 minutes so far
on Twitter website "Service Disruption"

For the past two days they have had that box up in the right hand corner that a New Twitter is coming, maybe this is it.

most companies do system changes updates etc @ night....i think this is something else IMO...weird that this is happening in the first place

Because we all know that Russia historically would never try to sabotage anything. Straight arrow, principled, above board, uncorruptible, above reproach.

yes for that was the point - to discuss how to democratize and offset monopoly. "big guns" had a huge televised platform in earlier hearings; this conference gave 250-300 smaller players a platform and chance to speak and offer ideas.
