Prince William’s Greeting

People keeping vigil remembering Diana’s birthday received a lovely surprise Prince William came out, greeted them, shook hands and thanked them for remembering his mother. He was very casually dressed, rolled up shirt sleeves.

I was Skyping with my daughter in U.K. and she showed me the pictures in local paper - I am sure we will see it in Daily Mail! I feel us Brits are very fortunate to have him as our future King - not forgetting Kate they will, and do, serve us well.

Remember his father is next in line unless he does not want to be King. I am so sorry I never got a chance to visit Europe, especially London. God Bless the Queen.

She was and still is The People's Princess. Princess Diana had that something special that drew people toward her. Because of my age I doubt I will see William and Kate as the King and Queen, and I agree the Brits will be very fortunate to have them.

I worked with a group of engineers from Britain and also had some English friends, loved them all, especially their dry sense of humor.

How wonderful that he greeted the folks. It just seems like something he would do. I am impressed by the way both he and Kate handle themselves.

I was just reading the article about his visit in Hello Canada and the photos of Diana and Kate with the grandchildren on display are just lovely. There was a shot from 2017 when William and Harry visited the memorial for her together. The People's Princess will never forget.

William and Kate do everything right, I don’t know if it’s because he may be King one day, or it’s just their nature. At first I felt sorry for Meghan, leaving everything she knows and has behind in America, I thought she was giving in more than Harry. I have changed my mind, I think Meghan rules the roost. Kate, William, and Harry got along fine, it seems adding Meghan into the mix has changed the dynamic ( I have read there is friction between the brothers whether it’s true or not who knows).

I loved Princess Diana and share her birthday...I think of her every year on my birthday! Her sons reflect her genuine personality and kindness, her empathy for others and those less fortunate and her full and open heart. It's comforting to me to know that part of her lives on in them. He and Kate will certainly be an asset to the throne and their wonderful country one day...hope I'm here to witness it!
