Improvement With In Process/Shipping Times

In the last 2 weeks I've ordered several items that were in process for 2 days and shipped on the 3rd day.

All items also arrived within 5 days (to GA).

Maybe they finally have a handle on the ridiculous delays!

I agree. I purchased Earth shoes that were processed and delivered within 5 days!

I receive my few items I order in a timely manner but I'm not ordering clothes. It still takes 7-10 days.

HSN is much faster. I ordered my Andrew Lessman stuff on the 31st & it will be here today.

I ordered two items from Bob Mackie on May 30th and they were in process until yesterday,

They are coming from Ontario CA, so the clothing shipping is still taking a long time.

I'm just glad to see that there is improvement happening!

I've been fortunate to have few to no issues with order processing, but I was shocked to see that the modjeskas I ordered last night were shipped this morning—I think that's an all-time record for processing in my years shopping here at the Q.

Since March 21, my orders were sitting in process 1 - 3 days, but all came from North Carolina. Orders in process over 8 days before March 21 came from Florida and California.

Shipping from NC is running around 4 days. From FL and CA, longer.

I'm also seeing an improvement in quality of products; although, I'm being very selective. I only had to return one item, D&C jeans that were sized smaller than QVC's measurements. No more clothing except from one or two designers.

Yes, I'm seeing improvements, but still in "wait and see."

I ordered 1 item June 3rd and shipped June 4th and I will tomorrow June 7 ! Very pleased QVC!

They still have a problem with generating a shipping label and not sending the item. It looks like what I have ordered is sitting at my local post office for days when I track it. When I call my Post Office they tell me it is just a label that has gone through the system and no product has been sent.

This has been the third time since March. CS won't do anything about it until 2 weeks of the order date. They took my money when the shipping label was generated without sending the item. Mods won't tell me when to direct my complaints. CS doesn't do anything about it.

I have seen an improvement on the shipping speed though. But that was NOT what was bothering me.
