    <description>So we don't argue, let's assume you give your server a 20% tip. Do you figure the tip on the total of your food and drinks only or do you figure the tip on food, drinks AND tax? I paid a tab the other night at The Outback and noticed the bill had the suggested tip percentages printed on it, which included the taxes. No biggie; just curious.</description>
