Do Pest Plug In's Work for you?

Is there a bug and rodent ultra sonic type repellent plug in that really works??

I have tried a couple of these before and they didnt work.

I cannot have chemicals and toxic sprays used! I am super sensitive.

I've tried three or four different brands and found them disappointing, to say the least! I'm allergic to spider bites so really hope to find one that works! I'll be checking this post often.

Years ago, I fell for the Ridex spiel.

I gave up when I saw a spider crawling over the unit.

They are not designed to deter all insects, mostly rodents like mice.

They worked for roaches but the mice just laughed ab out it and though it was a radio.🤣

In my old house it got worse before it got better. They saw it increases activity at first and they were right it brought them out of the walls. It was awful but then they disappeared.

No, they don't work. At one time the FTC said they were taking them off the market. I don't know why they didn't.

I swear by the DynaTraps. What a difference they have made outside. We live next to woods so there was always so many things trying to bite me and the dogs. I purchased a few plug in sonic wall outlet devices for the garage and patio door area. They seem to be working fine and no "buzzing" from the device.

I also purchased a solar sonic divice for our front porch area that is to deter small critters from running near our front porch/garden area. It works fairly well.

I'm not crazy about traps and having to bait items. I just want to sent them back into the woords. There are more and items available even at the local hardware store. I try one at a time so I can see if it really is going to do the job for me. My biggest benefit has been from the Dynatraps.

Like you... i can't handle chemical smells not only from sprays. how about.like clothes that you order or buy and bring them home

and

forget about being near household product scents in stores..and about pass out from the odors...!

@cowboy sam sometimes I get a headache and sick to my stomach having to smell others strong perfumes! even if you walk past them in a store. and the aisles in the store with the air fresheners!! so strong. Some people dont know what us with allergies, asthma, sensitivites go thru! It is not fun!

I use unscented laundry detergent, I dont wear fragrance. Dont use dryer sheets. and ON and ON!

I tried one years ago and it did nothing but drive my cat crazy.

Any treatments that we use are used on the outside of the house. We do use bait traps for ants, and put them under the kitchen sink base cabinet.

also can't handle anyyone burning anything outside...like you said...the list gets longer and longer each year!

I bought the dog difusers for calming for my chi during storms,etc....well the smell upset my body so bad...i had to take medicine and unplug it...and they are not cheap either!

The very first thing I ever ordered from QVC back in 1993 or so was one of those things. We had just moved in a home that had a scorpion problem. When I saw one on my foot headed up my leg and the plug in right behind my chair I returned it. Called the exterminator for monthly spraying instead.

Wow! hope the exterminater came as soon as you called!

I hope that the scorpion is no longer with you and no funeral was needed!!
