Over the past 2 years I have placed about 15-20 orders with 1 return. I now have 3 items I would like to return, one is defective. Will that # be considered too many returns?

I have not used any of the items I want to return.

@Flika13I doubt very much it will be considered too many. People who get into trouble are serial returners with well over 50% returned in 1 year.

I'd be concerned if I returned a higher percent than I kept. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

You will be fine, return them. The people who get "the letter" are the ones who buy tons of stuff and return 60% of everthing they buy.

That would be me, I return more than I keep and I have never had QVC tell me I returned too much product. I will not keep a product that doesn't fit, I don't like, is defective or isn't the quality QVC promised.

I think you will be just fine. There are those who will return more than they keep.

I watch the Costco return lines. Long lines to return items just because THEY CAN.

It doesn't sound like you're a serial returner.

Some people just buy and return as a hobby and they make it difficult for the people who truly need to return something.
