If you have good thoughts, they will

shine out of your face like sunbeams

and you will always look lovely.

Don't let negative and toxic people rent

space in your head. Raise the rent and

kick them out.

Don't run back to the old ways just because

they're more comfortable or easier to access.

Remember, you left certain habits and people

for a reason: to better your life. You can't

move forward with your life if you keep

going back.

I respect any man who can heal a heart

he didn't break...and raise a child he

didn't make.

Shout out to women who haven't felt

like themselves lately, but you get up

everyday and refuse to quit, stay strong.

"Hate is heavy, let it go."

"Please don't try to fix me.

Please understand that I just

get sad sometimes. Sometimes

I shut the world out and when I

feel better I'll let it back in."

Don't let the behavior of others

destroy your inner peace.

Be gentle with yourself, you're

doing the best you can.

The mind is everything; what you

think is what you become.

Loving yourself isn't vanity;

It's sanity.

I can't take back any words I've said,

I can't walk on water and I darn sure

can't bring back the dead. And no matter

how many times I go to sleep I'll never wake

up perfect. So whatever your views of me are,

that's fine, but before you point your

fingers just make sure your hands are clean...

As a child I never imagined that all of the

real monsters in the world would be human.

You can't hate yourself happy.

You can't criticize yourself thin.

You can't shame yourself worthy.

Real change begins with self-love

and self-care.

How beautiful it is to find someone who

asks for nothing but your company.

Never be a prisoner of your past.

It was a lesson, not a life sentence.

Don't ever lie to to me. If you tell me

the truth no matter how bad it is

I'll respect you.

Don't waste your time to expose shady

people for what they are. Their true colors

will shine through soon enough.

Depression is REAL, people can smile

all day and still be broken inside.

It feels so good to walk into the

store and buy whatever I want

without looking at prices...
