@proudlyfromNJ......thanks for the quick response. Guess I will let the Moderators know about this on the Community Chat forum and also in Customer Care.

Here we go AGAIN..... The Q really has way too many problems.....

Yep, one second it said I had no notifications. Then it suddenly said I had 6. When I tried to click on them, it said I had none!

Something is definitely wrong with the QVC website today. No lunchtime specials and now this?

ShowMee Yes, and I inquired about it, and suddenly things started appearing. I'm not so concerned about the hearts as I am about any replies to my posts. I don't want anyone to think I am ignoring them by not replying.

@PA Mom-mom.....on this thread it shows I have hearts and when I click on it, they disappear and get that same message from the Q.

The hearts aren't as important as the replies....I agree....

It is showing I have hearts, but when I try to see who is giving them, that is when there is nothing.....but the message from the Q.

@ShowMe - It seems to be back to working for me (both the hearts and the notifications). Maybe they fixed it already?

ETA: Ha! It just stopped working again! I'm giving up for the day. I'll try later on tonight maybe.

@Venezia......yep, very frustrating. BETH just mentioned me on one of the 3 threads I have going. Need to find it and see what she has to say.

The same thing is happening to me again.

Beth did respond and said that it is fixed now. I have asked her to keep an eye on the thread I started to Mods..... Hopefully it has been fixed so we can know who has replied to our posts.

Try clicking twice. First click, it says I have none. Click a second or two later and they are all there.
