      <title>FINAL OUTCOME - Reasonable Accomodation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I know many of you are tired of this drama.&amp;nbsp; I can now say the issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had the meeting today with the RA rep and what change in my supervisor's tone and attitude.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He never mentioned, the comments he made to me about - take it now cause it won't be availabe in 6 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Rep explained the process, and sent an offiical email with the agreed upon plan of action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She said in the meeting, I can use my RA note as it is not expired.&amp;nbsp; Until we have an agreement the clock has not started.&amp;nbsp; It can begin whenever I make my first PT appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked all my questions and she answered them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really glad for all YOUR great advice on here, I knew he meant no good with his back door deal and at least NOW, if I move forward we have everything in WRITING.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241586"&gt;@Happiness Is Inside JOB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; So happy for this positive outcome for you. &amp;nbsp;Thank you for letting us know. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;After you let the dust settle a little I would quietly get my thoughts together and update my resume and investigate internal job postings. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I think the manager to whom you directly report is not a very professional one and you would probably be better off if you can find a position working for someone else.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Not saying to rush but just keep eyes and ears open. &amp;nbsp;Do persons internal to the organization get preference over outsiders when jobs are first listed? &amp;nbsp;That would help you be on the inside track to transfer, even if it was a lateral move, rather than a promotion.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Best to you in your workplace going forward!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could have had this resolution way back when your supervisor first refused to honor your RA but you didn't want an easy solution.&amp;nbsp; I'm happy that it's finally resolved and I'm the RA office is happy too.&amp;nbsp; I hesitate to ask but wasn't the original RA agreement&amp;nbsp; that you would work from home one day a week? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everybody....thanks for your great comments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll just say I'm glad to have an agreement buildt on a solid foundation then sand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least now, no one can feel I "owe" them because when something is not official the supervisor has leverage over the situation.&amp;nbsp; When things are in writing, and done the "right" way I always feel more secure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't work in certain environments you really won't understand MY WAY of thinking....I am sorry to say but&amp;nbsp;often times the OHR office and various other offices...who employees "THINK" are helping them are working with management.&amp;nbsp; Especially since my office does not have a untion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well I won't bore you but just thanks everyone for all your comments and ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
