Need help with a refund please

I am waiting for three refunds for 2 items I returned and one that I did not receive at all. The refunds were processed last week but as of today they still haven't shown up on my Q Card. Does it normally take this long? I thought you would see a credit on your card within 3 days.

I find it takes 3-5 business days for a refund to show up on the Q Card. You might want to post your concern in the Customer Care forum if you don't see it in your account soon.

Sometime it takes almost a week after they send you an email telling you you have a refund, but you have to keep on them. The Q is quick to chargs, but not to refund.
