The following is from the text of the video:</P> <P><EM>There’s no such thing as child-proof bottles and child-resistant means that the majority of children under 5 – some 85 percent — cannot open it in under 5 minutes, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.</EM></P> <P>Unfortunately, I am hand-in-hand with the majority of children under 5.
