@newname0 I don’t win things often, but many years ago, I went to a tricky tray. (I just love tricky trays!!) anyway, I won the original Apple iPad, a Kindle, and a bunch of office supplies that I was able to use in my classroom. Never won anything since.

Interesting question. Look forward to reading answers. As a newly married couple, I attended husband's work, holiday party. They played Bingo and I walked away with a big 'ol Microwave, weekend trip and crystal wine glasses. I know -- I guess that was my lucky moment. Husband's first year on the job and he was teased about that until the next holiday party. Haven't won a lot since that time. Does Bunko count? Ha

I usually never win anything. Several years ago I won a 2 week tour for 4 to the national parks out west.

My husband and I were on a cruise years ago. It was raining one day on the way home so -- for the first time ever -- we played bingo. It was the final "snowball" bingo where some money from every game all week had be been held for the final game. We won the last game where you had to fill up the whole card. $1700 -- and no taxes because it was considered having been won in Norway since it was a Norwegian cruise ship. It was a huge pile of money -- given to us all in $1 -- $5 -- $10 -- and $20 bills.

I won a turkey for Thanksgiving one year. Tickets were sold by a music parents group when my kids were in school. One time I won a sports pool at work; cash-under $100. It was fun to win both times even though the prizes were not huge.

Yes .. we used to go to charity sponsored "casino nights" where we lived years ago. We won various door prizes most of the events. Drawings at work when there were parties for various things.

Trying to remember some of the stuff .... crock pot, canned ham, binoculars, CD player,

Most recently on Facebook drawing from people who replied ... set of interchangeable circular knitting needles.

In the '70's, I won a full case of coke the week I started my "Spring Starve" (spring diet) for white slacks! I gave it to the football coach!

A few years ago, we won a wii machine at a company holiday party. We still use it. I play a lot of solo ping pong, and we play tennis together. I’d never thought of buying anything like that, so winning it was great. We almost gave it to goodwill, to be honest, but we decided to try it first and loved it. Who knew?

Wait! I did win something other than the stuffed donkey.

Several years ago I won the March Madness pool at our office. $250. The guys in the pool were stunned that I won, LOL.

I once won a nice bird feeder at a boy scout dinner banquet. I no longer have it.

As close friend of mine won a trip to Italy for two about 10 years ago!!! ....that was VERY exciting for her!

I won a HGTV contest in 2000 ... a trip for 4 to the Rose Bowl parade/game and a tour of the Huntington Botanical Gardens, a camera and a Ford Escape. I think I donated the camera a long time ago. I kept the Escape for a year and then traded it in on a Corvette Convertible ... which I never would have been able to afford without having the Escape.

Two things that come to mind:

back in the day at a bridal fair I won the door prize of a set of Pfaltzgraff dishes.

My future MIL made known that she liked the white. I chose the blue. Sold them when moving 20 years later.

Last fall: won a gift certificate for a haircut at a nice local salon. I was new to the area and in need of a haircut and a new salon. I spent just a couple of dollars to in the prize valued at $50.00.

Years ago my SIL won a new car at her company's annual outing raffle. It was a brand she did not like, so she sold it and bought what she wanted.

ETA: about 15 years ago I won the grand prize at the neighborhood Super Bowl party. Can't remember how much- maybe about $40.00.

I won $1000 from a radio station on Halloween with "song of the day" and also a $100 from another radio station soon after. I spent some of it on "It's A Wonderful Life" village from Target. I still have it. It's probably been 20 years.

Most ever on a lottery ticket $75.
