@Mz iMac I thought the same thing. I couldn't see a part in her hair as a natural hair line. I was thinking maybe she's on some kind of medication and is losing her hair. But it definately looked like a wig.

I didn't see her today but she debuted her new haircut over the weekend. It's not a wig.

She said they are doing new headshots for the website so they decided to change her cut. I thought it was adorable. In fact, I'm getting my hair cut Saturday and considering showing a picture of Carolyn to my hairstylist. I think it looks great on her.

About time QVC replaced those headshots! Most are 10+ years old. I sent in a Suggestion last year and one of the Moderators agreed it was past time. Anxious to see the new dos and pictures.

ETA: Hope they aren't "glam shots" . . . there were a couple of those last time. Not a fan of those shots for a salesperson on a TV shopping channel.

@Danky, if you look at the show she did today between 12:00-2:00 you can click on any one of the products and watch the video presentation ( not the TSV as they may show you the most recent one). I looked at the teapot video, she put her hand through her hair, doesn't look like a wig to me, it's a very cute style.

Carolyn's hair does not look like a wig, great new haircut. She is very thick hair, how lucky. I watch Carolyn every week, love her and Gary Goban on Denim & Co., they are funny together.

My problem is I do not have hair at all like Carolyn's. Mine is thinner, fine and poker straight. Not sure that cut will work but we'll see.

Usually if enough people ask, Carolyn will have Maria McCool do a video of her haircut.

It's better than her last one (too poofy), but I still don't really like it. Just misses the mark for me. She has had cute styles in the past, but lately I'm not loving it.
