It has become scary.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I live in Costa Mesa, Ca and they closed off an area and the residents had to leave their homes due to explosives. A man was laying on the lawn and would not let anyone help him. I am wondering if this is widespread. Who knows?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
