      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered something from QVC that was to be delivered by USPS. Well somewhere along the line, it was past due, I didn't receive it. I called customer service and they issued me another one. I received the second package, the first one showed up after that ( it came by pony express). I do the right thing, calling CS and said I would return the original, I didn't want to pay for the return. I was assured it wouldn't cost me anything, use the return label. So I get my QVC bill, and you guessed it, I was charged for the return. I call CS, she tells me I called too soon to complain about not receiving my package (I didn't) and told me the CS rep shouldn't have sent another order. She then tells me she will refund my money as a courtesy! If the rep made the mistake in issuing another order, that's not my problem, also I did QVC a courtesy by returning it, no one would have been the wiser if I kept it. I guess that's what you get for doing the right thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I returned the 2nd pan with explanation that they sent&amp;nbsp; it in error.&amp;nbsp; Was charged postal fee for returning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35966"&gt;@Jordan2&lt;/a&gt;- I agree what happened to you is aggravating.&amp;nbsp; However, what you get for "doing the right thing" is the personal assurance that you did the right thing.&amp;nbsp; Your integrity and honesty are your own moral compass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Years ago, when in England, I purchased several items of clothing at a well-known B&amp;amp;M store, including a particular blouse in two different colors.&amp;nbsp; Tried it on at home and didn't like the style and realized that the cashier had only rung in one of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took them back and explained I only needed a refund for one and why.&amp;nbsp; The clerk looked at me and said "And you brought them both back?"&amp;nbsp; And then called another clerk to tell her.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I said then "You're either honest or you're not.&amp;nbsp; It's not my blouse, I didn't pay for it."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(In that store, I could've taken the other blouse back later without a receipt and gotten a store credit.&amp;nbsp; I would never have done that.&amp;nbsp; I can sleep quite well at night.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kudos to you for doing the right thing just because!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I ordered a diamonique necklace years ago from QVC for my daughter to wear to a special event. I ordered it a month before the event and when it didn’t show up when promised I called CS. The guy said he would send another necklace ASAP (overnighted!) and when the other one I had ordered arrived, to keep it since it was their fault, not mine, that it had not arrived in time for my daughter to enjoy. I was so surprised....that kind of customer service is unheard of now almost anywhere. Now DD has a nice diamonique necklace and I kept the other one!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This also happened to me in the fall. &amp;nbsp;USPS tracking said the package couldn't be delivered as addressed. &amp;nbsp;I thought maybe the mailing label had been damaged because nothing had changed in my address. &amp;nbsp;I called customer service and she said when USPS posts that comment, the package is probably not going to be delivered. &amp;nbsp;She sent a replacement. &amp;nbsp;Shortly after, I got the original order, called CS to say I was returning it (told I wouldn't be charged for it), noted in the comments what had happened and returned it. &amp;nbsp;I also got charged. &amp;nbsp;Had no problems getting a credit when I called, though. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is something interesting, though. &amp;nbsp;There was nothing wrong with the mailing label on the original order. &amp;nbsp;So why did USPS update tracking status with that comment? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I get my QVC bill, and you guessed it, I was charged for the return. I call CS, she tells me I called too soon to complain about not receiving my package (I didn't) and told me the CS rep shouldn't have sent another order. She then tells me she will refund my money as a courtesy! If the rep made the mistake in issuing another order, that's not my problem, also I did QVC a courtesy by returning it, no one would have been the wiser if I kept it. I guess that's what you get for doing the right thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;The OP did what she should have done, QVC did what athey should have done, no harm no glory. &amp;nbsp;It's just what should have happened. &amp;nbsp;No need to make a big deal is there?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
