Call me for your next cake

So my ten year old niece and I spent the day making my sister's (her mother's) birthday cake today for tomorrow.

My niece decided to make a Pinterest cake. Start laughing now.

Below is what was intended and what actually happened.

It is so bad! I bake my cakes very moist not realizing she needed more structure for what was in her head. They all fell apart and it is put together basically like Play-Doh with frosting and rice krispie treats keeping it from a total poo cake.

We were dying laughing! We are calling it an ice cream sundae mudslide wine cake.

@Laura14 It might not look "picture pretty" but I bet it tastes good; besides, it's homemade and done with love.

I would eat a piece or two--love chocolate.

@deepwaterdotter @aroc3435 That's what I told her. It's a vanilla red velvet chocolate fudge mess with fudge, vanilla and dark chocolate frosting with rice krispie treats inserted where needed. She ate a lot of the scraps and said it was delicious. All that matters and no one in our family ever turned down any type of dessert ever.

@Laura14 and everyone.....I know you guys have heard of a Harvey Wallbanger cake, right?

I swear of all of the cakes in the world that is the best !@#$ cake I've ever eaten.

My best friend used to make it for all of us. My youngest daughter says if she ever gets married she's going to have that as her wedding cake.

It is full of amazing flavors.

What's not to like about 6 ounces of Galiano? I've only ever seen it made in a Bundt pan.

There's a show in the internet, where they show bakers a special cake and they have to recreate it. Reminds me of that. I think it's called Nailed It. The show is addictive

Whoa. That is some sort of masterpiece. Kudos to you both for doing this. There is a lot of love in that cake. I bet it tastes fabulous!
