That's interesting, @avid shopper. It looks like you have to "join" them to get the 10%. In your experience, is there any downside to joining this TopCashBack?

I have had no negative issues with any of the rebate sites. It is more "registering" than joining. Some put cash in your account to start. Just a welcome gift. Then you can request your cash back. You'll have to read each site for details. I am registered with a few and check to see which is offering the highest rebate when I am ordering and purchase thru that site. You can search here as well for many other comments as to opinions and experiences.

My problem is with this specific site. All of the other ones are no problem. The last time they had a good rate, I joined and every single one of the purchases were not counted and there is a form and documentation you have to provide individually, so it just sounded fishy to me. Now they have my email info, etc., but none of the purchases I made using their site were ever credited for the rebate. I think they are scamming.

I use this site along with Mr Rebates and Ebates. I think there are pros and cons with each site. On a routine basis, TopCashBack seems to offer the highest rebates. Occassionaly, Mr Rebates and Ebates will offer higher rebates for a specific time period but are generally lower on a day to day basis. If a rebate is missing with TopCashBack, however, they'll go back to the vendor to confirm you purchased a $19 can opener and it can take months to resolve. I think the other sites are better at giving you a missing rebate but you have to wait 30 days with Mr Rebates to file the claim. As I said, there are pros and cons with each site.

I agree, Top Cash Back is often the highest amt offered, however they often do take forever to settle a missing claim.

I've been with TCB since 2016. No problems at all. They offer some of the highest rebates I've seen.

eta - it's 10%, except for electronics at 2%.

I always check topcashback first since they have the highest rates and will match rates on other sites. I haven’t experienced any problems with the.

Processing my claims and it’s much easier to get your cash back the. Me rebates or ebates imo.

The rebate sites are totally separate entities. They each have their own websites.

I find of all the rebate sites Ebates offers the best and fastest CS, with Mr Rebates a close second. Top Cash Back has very good rates, but their CS is not always user friendly. I also use Be Frugal and Extrabux.

Thanks for posting this information.I placed an order for Lunchtime special Logo and I only checked Befrugal and Ebates.So later I placed another order with Topcashback.I guess we should check each site before placing orders.
