The problem is on both handles, and has nothing to do with the defect in the bag that I was aware of when I made the purchase.....I contacted the seller, he said their is no guarantee on how the bag will perform once it is sold but would take it back. I am torn...should I send it back or ask for a discount to get it fixed, what would you do?
