Anyone noticed that some Prop 65 items now ship to CA?

A while back I tried to order a tarte cosmetic item, and got the notification that it couldn't ship to California.

There have been a lot of threads about this issue.

Yesterday, I tried again, and the order went through.

Is anyone else finding that their previously-blocked orders, for cosmetics, or fashion (some Logo was affected), or other items are now shipping without any problem?

It just means the companies (either Tarte, QVC, or both) are now in compliance with the label requirements.

Prop 65 requires that ingredients have to come with a warning label. If it did not have that label, it could not be shipped. Some things can never be shipped, but the vast majority of things be shipped with the warning label in place.

One of my Susan Graver tops would not ship. It was in the same order as another which would. Puzzling.
