They never announce periods of free shipping ahead of time for obvious reasons.

Qvc was offering free shipping a few days ago but it was for a limited timeframe and it was sent in an email to me which I didn't read until after the event was over. These free shipping events seldom occur during prime time but during the day when people are busy or at work. If they are having a significant lull in orders, free shipping will kick in.

I ordered an item 8pm Calif. Time and two hours later free shipping came up. CALL DR TO CANCEL ITEM AND REORDER WITH FS. Item in process of shipping which is bull. It takes days in process. Two hour difference,can,t cancel. I would save almost six dollars. If this isn,t waived, they have lost a 25 year customer over 6dollars.
