The entrance is two blocks away from the street where our annual St. Patrick's Day parade is held. 70,000 people attended.</P> <P>When I pulled into my driveway, I noticed that a guy was relieving himself against our garages. As I got closer to my spot in the back, I saw 3 women in their 20s-30s between the cars also relieving themselves.</P> <P>I was in and out several times over the course of 3 hours. EACH time I came or went someone was doing the same thing.</P> <P>I didn't call the police (more a nuisance than anything and they were tied up at the parade).
