      <title>VENTING ABOUT RETURN OF ITEM TO EVINE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Holiday shopping will start to get busy so this is just a reminder to keep track of what you return. I purchased a jacket from Evine, UPS transfered it to the USPS who delivered it to me on 10/4. &amp;nbsp; I took it to the post office&amp;nbsp; for return to Evine on 10/5 and as of today, they still have not received it and have not&amp;nbsp; received notification from UPS that it is being returned. I have been to the post office twice and told they have no idea where it is, they didn't even do a search while I was there, just told me UPS would pick it up within 2-3 weeks of me dropping it off there. I called UPS, no information available as to whether it's been picked up or not. Very disapointing. &amp;nbsp; Just a reminder for everyone to make sure you keep track of your returns. I am going back to the Post office again in the next day or so to see if they can find the package since it will be 3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you used the return label included those things give you zero tracking!&amp;nbsp; I notice that with all the return labels from any of the shopping channels.&amp;nbsp; I always get them to scan it in and give me a receipt just in case so I can prove I turned it in to the post office and hopefully get a refund if it never shows up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that of all the shopping channals Evine is the worst to deal with. Customer service acts like they know what they are doing, but it usally takes at least 3 phone calls before you find someone who actually helps resolve the problem. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know the OP is dealing with Evine but I had an issue with a return to QVC that was lost and I was told by CS that when you use the prepaid label, there is automatically tracking and insurance. Based on that, they refunded me immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UDATE ON MY RETURN TO EVINE. After going to the post office twice with no luck, the package was returned to me by the post office after three weeks advising I need to pay a 7.70 return fee. I paid the fee, sent the package back and checked today on Evine's web site to see they have recieved it. What an ordeal !!&amp;nbsp; Turns out the item I bought is not eligible for the Smart label (don't know why) Evine never notified me of the return on it's way back to them (QVC does notify of return per email which is nice) Don't think I will be purchasing that much from Evine in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many items on Evine don't come with a Smart Label.&amp;nbsp; However,&amp;nbsp;the label they provided would specifically have said on it that&amp;nbsp;postage was required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just had to return a pair of Corky's&amp;nbsp;booties to them that I'm 99% sure were mismarked because I couldn't get my size 7.5 foot in the size 8.&amp;nbsp; No Smart Label so I took the package to the post office for the return and nearly choked when the cheapest way for me to return that was $10.15!!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; No wonder there was no Smart Label&amp;nbsp;return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted them after I paid the return postage and the CS rep said she notated my account to refund my original s/h and she told me to&amp;nbsp;e-mail my PO receipt and they will decide&amp;nbsp;about refunding me the $10.15 since I think the booties were mismarked in size.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We'll see what happens.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, I'm out over $15.00 to try on a pair of shoes.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
