@fourpaws56 My worst nightmare. When I was a child, I would not eat eggs (I thought I was eating an animal). I came into this world as a vegan. This picture is just horrific. But then eating any animal is unconscionable.

Most of the eggs at the store are not fertilized. it will say it on the package. Where were these eggs actually purchased and are these yours??

Sorry, but I don't believe that a buyer of huge quanities like Costco buys from a source that has roosters running with the hens making fertilized eggs.

TMI: Was there feathers etc? Not sure what it is, other than a shape. I have had a tinge of blood in my eggs once in a blue moon, but never a embryo chicken.

Just looks like a normal egg to me. I often have eggs with white stuff attached to the yolk and I've never bought eggs from Costco.

It is not white,it is flesh colored and clearly has all the little body parts
