    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems I have had IBS since childhood with periods of "remission", if you will, and periods of time that it just seems endless.  I'd like to hear from anyone out there that also has suffered with this and what are some of the things that you notice aggravate the condition for you and also some of the things (preferably natural like diet, vitamins, herbs, etc.) that seem to help. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
