Does QVC still offer this? I've never used it, so I didn't pay much attention, but now I might want to re-think for Christmas gifts.

Sure. "Bill to ship to" sounds like a special thing, but really you just send it to a different address, and mark it as a gift so they won't put the price on the packing slip. Almost any online seller does the same thing.

Yes you can mail packages to another address.

After a few misdelivered packages, I now have packages delivered to my post office box. For the most part, no more worries.
