I was told by a major dairy company that skim milk is powdered milk away..........does anyone else use powdered milk made with water to drink or cook with or for cereal? I have to keep very very cold though.</P> <P>Also I tried VICTORIA market mixture in a jar to pour over pasta and it is tangy and really wonderful. I found it at Walmart........so if you want to try something new for pasta.......I high recommend this brand. I tried Tomato and Basil.
