    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had not heard of this before, but a showdog from the Westminster Show was "debarked".  I can't believe that there are vets who perform this!  Some of them have the vocal chords removed and others have holes punched in their vocal chords.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;The owner said the dog didn't even know he was debarked...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
