Maybe she wasn't aware of Mr. Rebates. I wasn't until you mentioned it in your reply.&amp;nbsp; If ebates goes up and down, I can see where it might get frustratiing trying to get the best deal. Especially if it goes up and down frequently and/or in large amounts. People sign up for things and expect the best case senerio - human nature, I guess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never had trouble with QVC or HSN. But, Kohls has sent me the completely wrong order ( I order kitchen items and was sent 2 pairs of mens dockers), the wrong size, and once even additional items. So, what's up with me and kohls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, she was just venting and again, I did not think the post was confusing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ordered 1x, usually I fall between an xl or a 1x. I received an xl and it fits beautifully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Why the wrong size when my order states 1X? I did mention it once to a moderator....with out saying QVC made the decision I took her comment to mean that QVC was in control of the amount....not 100% sure.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't imagine that Ebates solely determines the %.&amp;nbsp; Since the stores pay Ebates the commission for the sale, I'm sure the amount is negotiated somehow in a contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, why wouldn't Ebates just do every sale at 15% or higher?......the arrangement probably allows Ebates to raise the % for a period of time, then lower it back......&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe she wasn't aware of Mr. Rebates. I wasn't until you mentioned it in your reply.&amp;nbsp; If ebates goes up and down, I can see where it might get frustratiing trying to get the best deal. Especially if it goes up and down frequently and/or in large amounts. People sign up for things and expect the best case senerio - human nature, I guess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never had trouble with QVC or HSN. But, Kohls has sent me the completely wrong order ( I order kitchen items and was sent 2 pairs of mens dockers), the wrong size, and once even additional items. So, what's up with me and kohls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, she was just venting and again, I did not think the post was confusing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
