I use my my left hand for everything except 10-key.

I am a lefty. I try to use my right hand more often and it does become easier over time.

The only things I do right handed are scissors, dinner knife, manual can opener and computer mouse.

Me, too! It was tough when I was young. The teachers kept trying to punish me for writing with my left and tried to switch me to right. My mother had to come to school and straighten them out!

Plus, I felt it was harder using scissors, learning to tie shoes, etc.

I am very left-handed! I do everything with my left hand and struggle with my right!

DH is left handed, but does somethings right handed like golfing and dealing cards.

My twin boys and one of my older brothers are left-handed. Strangely enough, I am right-handed and only write with my right-hand and do everything else with my left. I wasn't forced to write right-handed.

I'm ambidexterous, using one hand or the other for specific tasks (and there is NO switching those).

However, I write and eat left-handed and always had excellent handwriting skills as a kid.

Sis who is three years younger is also left-handed, but you can't decipher a thing that she writes.

Our mother always maintained that younger Sis tried to imitate my left-handedness when we were kids, and that's why she never learned to write neatly at all. LOL!!

She might have been a born right-hander if I hadn't been around to set a different example, or so said Mom.

That is so funny! My brother always said he couldn't read my writing - that I wrote in Frrench lol.

mainly left-handed, too. i do play golf, use scissors, use my dinner knife (but not my kitchen knives) and can opener and knit with my right hand. i was never pushed into changing my left-handedness but i believe i learned some things right-handed as a matter of imitating.

I use scissors and dinner/steak knife left handed. Oh yes, I shop with both hands!!

Lefty here!

Like most left handed people, I am somewhat ambidextrous. I switch hands when applying makeup, left hand for left eye, right hand for right eye.

I write strictly left handed.my handwriting is good.
