New Program Guide

Finally seeing the new program guide format. Loving it! Love seeing who the host will be so I know whether or not I want to watch. Nice!!!!

@Hooty I'm using a MacBook Pro. In the upper right corner under "Shop QVC TV", there's a drop-down menu. Then click on Program Guide. I think this format rolled out a couple of weeks ago, but it's just now showing up on my MacBook.

@Hooty Not sure I understand why you couldn't access the program guide. How about if youi type Program Guide up in the search bar (Search QVC)?

I found that bug on the site on a few pages as well. Try accessing the guide through the drop-down menu on another QVC website page, and you'll probably be able to get to it. I think they're having some issues with rolling out the new "look and feel" of the guide across different browsers--it's a pretty dramatic change (which I personally find to be very user-unfriendly and have commented on elsewhere in the forums).

@Hooty, I have a Chromebook and I get the message Access Denied too. I can get the program guide on my iPad and Kindles.

I can access the guide, but it's no different. I did notice for a day or so, it seemed quite expanded, which was sort of annoying, and there was no host listed... Vintage Q IT... Of course, the 'roll out' wouldn't be seamless... It never is...

I liked the old one where you could choose your time zone. Does the new one have this option? All I see are Eastern times.

And this morning, it's back to the old format for the guide on the same MacBook Pro. Weird!!!!

It's a new guide on my computer, it's been new since yesterday. I really like being able to see which host is in specific shows! I also like that they managed to get the timing right. In the past, I would access the guide and it was always off by an hour, and I would just look outside the shaded area to see the correct show. Now it's not only on the correct hour, but has a line that tells you exactly how much of the show has passed when you hover over the demarcation line ("show started 33 minutes and 10 seconds ago").

I'm using Internet Explorer11, if that helps.

I've tried to like it but can't get used to the new Program Guide. I like the old version where you can see the whole day at a glance, then switch to Q2 if you want to see that. I'd rather have the old one back than be able to see who the program hosts will be.

Not happy with the format. Liked to look at the entire day's programming on one screen.
