Well I was thinking of the singer Richard Marx (sp?) from the 80's but that would make him too young.

It does look like a photo from the 80's.

@shoppersince1989 Ha! Richard Marx. He was my very 1st concert. My high school best friend and I were absolutely in love with him. ❤️ I can still sing every one of his songs word for word when I hear them - thats how much I listened to him in HS. Ahh the memories!!
