What is the best (easy) way to get the cleansing conditioner out of the WEN gallons, when it is too low to pump out?

@Diggerdan There are some gadgets made specifically for you to put on and tip the bottle over, sold on QVC.

I just tip the gallon over and let it run into a smaller container. Or, I use the last little bit mixed with water and wash my combs/brushes, put in my bath water, clean my makeup brushes, etc. If it is Lavender, I mix a little water in it and dump it into the rinse cycle.

i am a big fan of the spatty daddy. i dont know how tall the gallon container is, but you may want to check that product out.

if the biggest isnt long enough, try amazon, where you can purchase different length flexible skinny spatulas.
