QVC.com isn't working either, can't view Items recently on air or my wish list. For a large company, they certainly have a lot of IT issues!

Mary Beth keeps saying it is just a LITTLE SYSTEMS ISSUE.....yea sure!😄 She is so nervous she keeps saying here's the thing every other word....

you can not buy what what we are selling......just a little systems issue.....

Can you imagine the crush of calls and orders when they fix it? It will still not work.

Can't view the TSV either. And...aren't the Lunchtime specials the same ones we saw yesterday? Maybe just look familiar. When I went to look at them yesterday, something like 104 different lunchtime specials popped up. A few glitches to be worked out!

I feel bad for David Dangle this hour. Marybeth just keeps saying write the item # down and try again later. What can she do. Sounds like it's time to update their phone and computer systems.

For a company of their size, they sure have a lot of problems! I'm not looking to purchase anything, but I would be frustrated and just give up.

Usually, this sort of out-of-nowhere bad luck happens to Louis Dell'Olio when it is time for his presentations. Really, he has suffered some freaky happenings on his shows over the years.

I feel sad for David Dangle, too. Hope this gets cleared up soon.

Not the first time this, or something similar, has happened. I'm sure they'll get it fixed as soon as they can. A friend of mine has been without her landline service for several days now. Stuff happens.

large comcast business service interruption in the northeast and in other areas of the country. we currently dont have phone service at our business and are also having internet issues.

This is not a Q problem but a Comcast issue, my daughter's job in Washington was down this morning as well.

That's what I was thinking. Usually an outage is based on the local provider and has nothing to do with the business or its IT.

I know when our computers and phone lines which are also run through the internet go out, it's really worse for the employees than it is for the customer. Trust me.
