I Finally Found My Perfect Pillow...

and it is not MyPillow. I purchased a Casper pillow several weeks ago and it is perfect for me. In the past, I have mostly bought the two-pack from Costco and I have tried and not liked MyPillow. I received an e-mail from Casper and thought it was worth a try. It is a wonderful pillow, if anyone is looking for a new one.

You have to kiss alot of frogs.

MyPillow is awful, made me dizzy and the pillow felt like vomit chunks.

Will have to look around for it, my niece has a Costco card maybe I can get her to take me shopping.

@SXMGirl Are you a side sleeper, back sleeper or stomach sleeper?

I mostly sleep on my side (sometimes my back) and I've found that I need a pillow firm enough to support my neck.

Nothing like a perfect pillow.

That's still good a month or two later.

Lots of times I think I found a great pillow, but it eventually 'lets me down'. lol

I use two pillows, but am a side sleeper for the most part. Have never/will never sleep on my stomach.

I just purchased pillows from a company called 'Pillow of Health'. (Get it--pillar of health?)

Made from non toxic materials inside and out.

I figure, even if they are uncomfortable, I can rest easy that I'm not inhaling noxious fumes whilst I sleep. lol.

Won't be opening them for another month. I hope I have something good to report 2 months from now!

@Katcat1, I like the pillow because it is supportive, but it also is not hard. There is a pillow inside the pillow, if that makes sense. The pillow holds its shape but is very comfortable. With that said, everyone expects different things from a pillow and many apparently love MyPillow, which I absolutely cannot sleep on without having terrible neck pain.

I found my almost perfect pillow last Fall. It is Martha Stewart's Dream Science from Macy's.

I started having problems with my neck last year and went to physical therapy. They sold me an adjustable pillow where you fill it with water so that it's the perfect height for you. MOST ANNOYING PILLOW EVER. I refilled that thing about 20 times trying to get it right, get the air out of it so it wouldn't slosh around and never could master it.

So I went on the hunt for a good pillow. I decided to try a contour pillow and picked up a cheap one from Ikea. It worked great and my neck was cured the first night. However, that thing was like sleeping on a brick.

In researching contour pillows, Martha's came up repeatedly and the reviews were really great.

Martha's is still more firm than I would like, but that's the point of a contour pillow, so I use a very thin feather pillow over it and now I can sleep.

My Pillow didn't work for me, either. I really loved a set of pillows that I ordered from my local mattress store, but I got regular sized pillows, when I should have purchased king sized ones. Gave those very nice pillows to my daughter.

In their place, I ordered Joy Mangano pillows from HSN. They are good...but still miss my other ones.

Although I have rarely slept on vomit chunks, I have yet to try a My Pillow, but this I know-WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT, different head size, shape, ear placement, favored sleep position, age, body size etc., so I suppose one person’s vomit chunks is another person’s angel wings.

If I see a good price, I will still give a My Pillow a try.

My Mom and I are still looking for the perfect pillows. I've noticed that when she and I posted anything negative about MyPillow, the comments were removed. MyPillow is the WORST pillow on the market, as far as we're concerned. They're over-marketed, pain-inducing, and a complete waste of money. QVC should really stop pushing them so much, and stop having them as a TSV.

i am a side and stomach sleeper.......the best pillows for me are the joy mangano pillows. everytime she is on i buy another set or two.

I never heard of casper pillows, but after reading this thread I ordered one for myself. Overdue for a new pillow. My husband said if I like it, he'll order on for himself too. Hope it's as good as you say it is. My daughter has a Tony Little pillow - used it one night here, and no way would I like that one. Ordering straight from the Casper co. is cheaper than from Amazon.

The best pillow is coop home goods pillows,i just love mine had it for over a year,i am a side sleeper.
