I just hope this latest act of terrorism doesn't spawn copy cats. You never know what some people will do ,when they see the fear ,and attention this generates.

Need to add to my previous post-the vicitms were walking their bikes. A scene showed one bike on the ground but they were walking.

This persistent, repeated bombing pattern is eerily reminding me of the Unabomber (of the Eighties? I think it was the Eighties.)

Authorities were stymied then as well. It took the bomber's brother finally coming forward. Hoping there is some relative or acquaintance, somewhere, who may have even the tiniest inkling of knowledge, to help pinpoint this dastardly criminal.

It is my understanding is "was not" in Austin, but Schertz, TX (San Antonio area) at a Fed Ex shipping center!

JUST IN: A device exploded early Tuesday at a FedEx ground distribution center in Schertz, Texas, police said. Schertz police Lt. Manny Casas said the medium-sized box was on the conveyor belt when it exploded. One person was treated for a “sound injury.” It is unclear if the explosion was related to the Austin “serial bomber” case. Schertz is 22 miles east of and 73 miles south of Austin.

The box was destined for Austin and shipped from Austin.

@cherry The two young men are in good condition but had significant injuries.

I haven't heard anymore about the HIspanic woman although it was reported she had been in serious condition.

They don't seem to be releasing the actual nature of the injuries.

The FedEx worker had percussion damage to his ears but is expected to be ok.

@cherry Correction: Latest update on the FedEx worker is he is ok but was bleeding quite a bit.

Originally the report was that only his hearing was affected.
