Cell phone sleep bag??

I got an email from HSN that they are having a 4-hr flash sale. Most of the items are beauty products, but they have the Golden Door Cell Phone Sleep Bag offered at half price, $12.00 marked down from $24.00. This item is a 4x7 black cotton drawstring bag with writing on it.

According to the description:

What it Does-Conceals your phone from view so you can spend time with people or relax.

Double the HSN price, but Amazon has it, if you must have one.

I think any pouch of the right size, with a pull string closure would work.

Exactly.

Walk away, or keep it nearby and just don't pay attention to it.

Good for someone for coming up with an idea and making money, but I can't imagine actually buying or wanting something like this.

It's ridiculous. I'm sure that anyone who was that seriously addicted to a phone would simply take it out of the bag and use it. Unless this bag has magical powers that cause amnesia or unless the owner of the phone is a 2-year-old, I don't see how this is a deterrent.
