      <title>I love Amazon CS!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order on Amazon a little while ago, but didn't get the usual confirmation email.&amp;nbsp; So I checked the website and saw that the item was still in my cart.&amp;nbsp; Before placing another order, I called Amazon to be sure the first one had not gone through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I waited less than 10 seconds for a CS rep, who told me that - for some reason - the first order was still in my cart.&amp;nbsp; She told me that she would deduct the shipping charge "because of the inconvenience".&amp;nbsp; Honestly, I really wasn't inconvenienced at all.&amp;nbsp; I had a simple question and easily was able to get a simple answer.&amp;nbsp; I had already thanked her and told her to have a good night, so this was above and beyond, IMO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Excellent customer service is possible!!&amp;nbsp; I wish all companies made customers feel so valued.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ITA &amp;nbsp; I also love their returns.&amp;nbsp; I usually order books and toys so I never returned anything until a few days ago when I bought a scale I did not like.&amp;nbsp; I boxed it up and took it to the post office to ship back FREE and by the time I got home the credit was on&amp;nbsp; my credit card. &amp;nbsp; Love this.&amp;nbsp; To bad the Q can't be as user friendly and quicker on the credits. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, they are the model that I wish every other retailer followed! &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like you, I don't ask for anything to which I am not entitled but they usually go above and beyond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The way I like to contact them is to pick the thing that calls me, instead of dialing them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It works great and you always get somebody right away.&amp;nbsp; One other good thing for me is that I often end up very anxious calling companies when I have to keep either punching numbers or saying things to get further and further through.&amp;nbsp; This way a human calls you and already has your info.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thank you everyone for all the information regarding Amazon Customer Service, I appreciate the # and online info.&amp;nbsp; I order from Amazon all the time and have never needed to speak to anyone regarding a return or an order, they are a breeze to deal with ordering.&amp;nbsp; The return process is as easy as it gets, and no cost.&amp;nbsp; I have only had to return a few items and have used the drop-off at locker (which is at the Safeway), but prefer to pack it up, attach the return label then go online to the USPS website and put in an order for&amp;nbsp;USPS to pickup the item at my door when they deliver my mail.&amp;nbsp; Do the same if I return something to QVC.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only had to call them one time.&amp;nbsp; I once ordered a lot of cds at&amp;nbsp;one time. &amp;nbsp;When I checked my status, 3 of them were going back to Amazon because of "bad address".&amp;nbsp; Amazon by mistake sent them to another state.&amp;nbsp; I called and got them to resend to my home.&amp;nbsp; I got them the next day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
